    very cool. I like how the focal plane is at odd with the diagonal line. could also be an entry in the minimalism Challenge.

    thanks, it's my paper cutter.

    i used a black reflector to create the dark and light sides.

    kind of has a 3D feel, no?

    i don't think i'll enter the challenges here. hard to keep up with commenting, and voting elsewhere.... we'll see.

    no mirrors involved.

    no tricks, it's as the paper cutter looked.
    adjusted levels, and used channel mixer to convert to black & white.

    i added a gradient fill in overlay mode ( 75% ) to this version.
    glad the image has gone over well, i am quite fond of it. thanks again.
