I am trying to figure out a way to sort my galleries by category on my gallery page. For example Event photos (weddings, etc.) is under one section/heading while Location photos (from travel, etc.) all end up under a seperate heading, just so that there is a bit more organization to the madness!!
I'm a new Smugger, so the solution probably sits right underneath my nose ... but I sure would love it if someone could point me in the right direction!
To see my galleries and get an idea of what I am talking about you can go to my galleries HERE! Again, any help appreciated!

Graci!
-Jason.

    Jason -
Do you want your galleries page to show by categories instead of by galleries?

If that's what you're looking for, when you're logged in, go to your galleries page. Look up and to the right, and you should see:
    display: categories . galleries
Click on categories to change the display to "by category" instead of "by gallery.

Do you perhaps know of a way to disable or remove all of the navigation text from the top? (i.e. - JasonCainePhotography>Galleries>Location)
and to remove the words "Location galleries" from displaying at the top of the page after they select Location??

JasonCainePhotography>Galleries>Location is the breadcrumb. See # 25 in the advanced customization FAQ for info on how to remove it - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=52811. Be careful though - the breadcrumb can be very useful for navigating your site. I removed it from some pages in my galleries but not others. If you wander over to my site, you'll see that the breadcrumb is missing from the pages that are accessed from my navbar, but I have left it within each set of galleries so that viewers can easily get back to a higher level in a category / subcategory / gallery structure.
