cname problems?

Well, I bought a domain name from Joker.com, naturesportal.net, I then went through the procedure to have it directed to smugmug.com. It worked for a few minutes and now it is not working. What could be wrong?

I redid it with Joker.com and I contacted their support. Not sure what happened ?
