proof-days and true color?

I put up a gallery with of and event and just used the out-of-the-camera jpegs with proof-days set. Now I actually got some sales and want to replace with better versions. How to make sure they are actually printed with true color and no additional sharpening?

in proof delay you set the crop and the color, before you hit "ship it."
