Priviet, dear friends!
Just for fun... another riddle from Yuri.
Of course, I understand that it is hard to answer my main question:
Guess, what this man is doing?

5659.jpg

Let me ask a pair of additional questions:

1) Does this man seem to be a good man to you?
(surely you see his half-smile and kind eyes...)

2) You attitude to this man will not change when the black rectangle will be removed, yes? In other words - is it enough to you to see a face only to form your attitude?

However, try to guess: what is he doing?
Spasibo, Yuri

Perhaps he is a farmer? Carrying a dead pheasant, or rabbit, destined for the dinner table :D ?

He has hearts on his sweater...

The reality of life in a cold rural setting includes hunting & trapping, both for food & for the necessity of controling damaging pests, like rats, weasels, etc...

A farmer performing these traditional activities is certainly not a bad person...

    That's my guess.

    Riddle 2. Prompting
These days got some career development, so cant spend much time in DGrin forum, sorry.

Must say that the photo without back rectangle was placed to my gallery at the same time as the riddle, so you have a chance to find it (who's the first) and post it here!

Is he delivering something, a package, mail, etc?
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me

If this is like horseshoes or handgrenades, does that mean I win?

Yuri, as always, I really enjoy your photos, even though this fellow is just a little different subject than your frequent young women with beautiful eyes :D:D

    Happy Thanksgiving
On reflection, it dawned on me how Yuri's photo relates to the original native american culture of hunting, and their thorough use of the entire animal, all in a spirit of respect for the ongoing cycle of life. And of course our "Thanksgiving" holiday is a remembrance of an early meal shared peacefully between pilgrim settlers and the native americans of Massachusetts.

(Well, the holiday his lived on, but of course such a shame and tragedy the way the rest of the early U.S. vs native culture played out...)

Yet, today is still a very good day for all to give "thanks" for the earth's great bounty, and for the unique gifts of native cultures everywhere. Let's all give thanks, and do what we can to keep it going...

    Such insight, Yuri thumb.gif
