Painted Blackbird.

This morning was a dull and dreary morning, and my attention was drawn to the front garden by my cat "talking" out of the window. So that meant either another cat on his territory, or a bird.

Turns out it was a blackbird in the pyracantha bush. The wall of the house across the street is painted creamy-white, and provided an easy simple background, but the image lacked something...

So i changed it into a painting in PS.

Does it pass muster? Not a usual thing I do really, but I think it looks ok.

Opinions folks?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Looks good! I would tone down the white border outside the picture frame so that it is not brighter than lighter tones in the photo!
