I think #2 is the best, but I think the highlights should be knocked down a little.

#1 has a little to much black in it.
#3 I feel should be a vertical shot.

I like this shot also, but it has a lot of blue sky (what is the white thing? a plane?) Maybe a landscape or pano shot would work for this shot.

They're all good shots but I do like this one the best?

    I love #2...it is a natural sand clock...."Sands of Time"....very cool image.

#2 is very strong, but I think #3 is also my personal favorite.

    All are GREAT images!

They are all beautiful and I know you have posted #2, but let me just add to the confusion. lol3.gif I like #1 for the strong contrasts. The dark shadows really spotlight the ambient light for me. I like the lines and comp in this one. I also like #3 pretty much equally, but I like the colors and the softness in this one. I like #2, but have seen similar shots. On top of all this, I am usually way off in my voting so don't pay too much heed to my comments!!!! :D

    Thanks Everyone
I agree, the 1st is by far my favorite. The contrast tells the story about the light much better than the others. The 3rd is a fav too but doesn't have the same level of depth. I've entered the sand falls at this juncture but am still leaning towards #1 because of the light, colors & comp.

Decisions, decisions. Anyone else who wants to chime in is always welcome! iloveyou.gif Thanks a million for the suggestions.

My vote is for #1--however, when I saw #2 in the entry thread--it made me stop and take a long look--you have a tough decision to make!

Great series! Glad I don't have to make the final decision on such a strong list of photos! Well done! Looks like you had a great time.
