I like this shot also, but it has a lot of blue sky (what is the white thing? a plane?) Maybe a landscape or pano shot would work for this shot.
They're all good shots but I do like this one the best?

I agree, the 1st is by far my favorite. The contrast tells the story about the light much better than the others. The 3rd is a fav too but doesn't have the same level of depth. I've entered the sand falls at this juncture but am still leaning towards #1 because of the light, colors & comp.
Decisions, decisions. Anyone else who wants to chime in is always welcome! Thanks a million for the suggestions.
