People having allot of problems purchasing.

I get people at events and emails saying they go to some of my galleries to buy prints and when the click "buy this photo" they get errors like "page cannot be displayed" or nothing happens. I have lost at least 5 different orders recently cause of this, and who knows how many others. Everytime I try everything works for me as a visitor in firefox and IE browsers. I tell them to make sure they are adding photos in the quantity box and all that, but they cant even get to that it seems cause it wont show for them.

"I can get to the ordering part know but as soon as I hit checkout it
says page cant be displayed."

http://gtryan.net/gallery/3809464/1/219984352#219984352-XL-LB is the photo he is trying to purchase. This is happening on other galleries too but people have told me in person and I couldnt get a link from them.

Hi, these are usually browser issues on the client's part. Have them write to our Support Heroes and let us help them directly - we get a little basic info and we're able to fix things up nearly every time.

I tested your domain, & site, in multiple browsers and it's all good.
