I spent my Saturday at the local fair, which is held annually. It was a lot of fun, lots of food and people. Loved all the costumes and the general feel of the event. However, i absolutely hated harsh sunlight, i got there around 12 in the afternoon and all hell broke loose :cry

Here are few shots that came out more less decent.

i really enjoyed looking at these, and was especially drawn to the knight on horseback in black and white.

I like them all. About the olny suggestion I could make is that in the 2nd one I find the tent pyramid in its bright white distracting from the subject. I'd be inclined to crop right above the dude's head.

ditto to the posters below about the diagonal lines of your watermarks making it tougher to look at your photos. Maybe especially these days, as I am studying photog history, and have been looking a lot at Cartier-Bresson's subtle image geometries. Your diagonal watermarks make that really tough :D
Is it really necessary for the images you post here, at the size you post? How about putting your posting images in a special gallery, where they are downsized and skipping the mark if you are paranoid?

i really like the knight on horseback, shot from the rear. however, i would like it more if you could clone out the power line that runs across the top. the black and white one is nicely done, also.......i have a soft spot for horses, ya know :)

Not bad considering the midday sun! My favorite of the bunch is the sock-seller who looks a bit like Santa Claus selling his elves leggings!!! Great colors! thumb.gif
