digital download issue?

I have a customer who says she's not even seeing the digital download option for this gallery. She's ordered from me previously without any problems. I sent her a screen grab with the exact steps (click buy this photo then downloads) and she says she doesn't even see the download option on her end. :scratch

I see it in FF, Seamonkey, and IE even when I'm not logged in. Any help would be appreciated. Here's the gallery:

    Pete, the gallery's working fine, as you confirmed. Have her write the help desk, we can best help her directly.
