    Nice one KC :-)
    A couple of comments. I think this would look better with the cow being off center, instead of being right in the middle of the frame. I also think you should look at cloning out that distracting branch(es) that are hanging in her face.

    I like the B&W treatment, it brings out the contrast thumb.gif

    As Steve said, clone out the branches on the head, try B/W again, but watch the histogram.

    I like the framing with the branches arch, very simple but very effective

    the change looks good on the branch. I have photoshopt but so many tools in the program I'm not proficient with it at all...
