Found another cool tutorial, this one was written by Matt Kloskowski. You can find this tutorial over at the NAPP site, or at Matt's Extreme Photoshop site.

The tutorial shows how to make the "Matrix" background. The foreground text is somethig I came up with playing around with Layer Styles.
