I love the reflections in the windows/door. I must say, though, that your subject doesn't look at all tired. She looks raring to go.
I see Andi's point about the woman maybe being too centered, but cropping the photo from either end takes away too much of the "environment" IMHO. Overall, I think that the compsition works as is: the railing takes the eye to the water bottle in the lower third and, if you look at the woman as being framed by the porch railing and post, she is also nicely placed.
