Sharpening

I did a quick search but can't seem to find what I am looking for.
I want to see if anyone has any tips to share regarding the sharpening varaibles in Smugmug.
Here is my usual workflow (Canon 5D mostly)
Process RAW in LightRoom 1.3.
Use LR's sharpening as 'Capture Sharpening'. I usually manually adjust the Mask and Details sliders manually (subject to the photographed subjects, noise level etc)
My starting point for say ISO100 is usually about 88, 1 with Details set to 10, and Masking around 50.
Full size JPG upload to Smugmug.

The reason I do Capture Sharpening is because I want the full size on Smugmug to be somewhat print-ready.

My question is , how to set the sharpening on Smugmug? I have tried various combinations, but can't seem to find a 'universal' sharpening amount. Currently I am using 0.5 (50%), 0.4 (radius), and the remaining two at the default values.

Anyone has gone through a similar exercise to determine the appropriate 'universal' sharpening?
