A couple results of a boring evening:
1)
I thought I would try out a weird colour..
2)
I did want this one blown out.. I actually got it printed and framed and I really like the way it came out... There's a few nitpicks I have with it, but I'd like to see what other folks think..
3)
Another one trying to be creative. . . thoughts would be lovely!

than the second.
The eyes could use a bit more sharpness and maybe a touch of color. The
bar also looks very flat. Maybe add a bit of silver?

i like 2 and 3 the best..just cause i've recently tried shooting like this.
and it erases any freckles/blemishes/etc in the skin.
nothing wrong with freckles/blemishes/etc...we're all human.
but i like the effect in 2 and 3
the eyes in *all* of htese images are amazing.
what did you do to them?
overall...the 3rd one is my favorite..i like the crop.
and the eye, of course...powerful..staring straight at you

Really sharp shots but the reflection of your strobe in the eyes is sometimes a little distracting/un-aesthetic (how's that for nit-picky!?)
Cool shots.

Once again, thanks!

I'll try the sharpening.. also some colour.. not a huge fan of the (more-or-less) selective colouring... but we'll see.. and i don't know how to add silver *blush*. I'm brand new at this whole photoshop thing, and there's very VERY little i know how to do! thanks for the suggestions!
