Rustic, Barn, School, BW Conversion

Hi Folks:

(Two) different rustic scenes of abandoned buildings. I think the last one is a too gray, not enough contrast. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. All taken with the Nikon 18-70mm, AF-S, f/3.5-4.5.

    Nice photos.

    I do agree with you on the second photo. Also the crop seems tight on the top. If you can give the roof some space that would be good.

    I agree that the second one is flat, but it holds the interesting subject. The first image has been processed better but holds no interest or subject.

    Thanks a bunch Marc, truly appreciate the comments. Yes, the shed is far more intriguing. I like the first one, something to do wih all those lines going here and there, but there is little sense of subject on that one. Thanks again, I'll keep looking deeply!
