To show my support for "landscapes" being defined as both urban as well as natural... :D

I played hookie today for a short while and finally paid a visit to this last bastion of decency. The band of brothers that make up this complex of buildings have been an ongoing photo project over the last year.

This place is truly like none other I have experienced. It is simultaneously abstract and complex, light and dark, safe and dangerous, interesting and dull. Even the view from the windows is a conundrum of sky(scrapers) and sea.

What was intended to be a pit stop ended up being one of the most enjoyable mornings I've had in a while. And to think I almost didn't even bother to bring my camera.

Thanks Arvan! I'm not sure how Sweden is with older industrial business but you have a lot of other great photographic things going for you over there. :D

I'm a huge fan of finding emotion and anthromorphic nature in inanimate objects. "Missed" is a huge winner for me.
