The picture was taken close to Bright Angle Trail during a rim to rim hike.

    Nice use of the man to show perspective! You'd never know how large that canyon was, otherwise.

    The guy looks a bit uncertain to me. :D

    I agree with Schmoo. The scale is awesome with the guy in there. Just wish maybe is pose or facial expression were better. Nice shot....glad you didnt put him in the center of the frame. thumb.gif

    Nice photo....is this guy as close to the edge as he looks to be? I know I could never get that close.

    A little lower and to the right is were I'd have put him. Just to give more
    perspective.

    The contrasting color is nice. Trepidation on such a hike is always good too :D
