Set quick settings item to default

When uploading, I don't want to have to select my quick setting every time. Is there a way you can make SmugMug default to a specific quick setting every time a new album is uploaded?
The reason I am interested in this is because I am tinkering with the SmugMug plugin for Lightroom and there is no place to select your quick setting. It would save me a lot of time going back and forth.
(FYI - I use the same quick setting for almost all my albums)
