Customer orders not showing up... I'm concerned.

Ok, I was just informed by one of my customers that they purchased some prints. Well I had no idea they submitted an order because I never got an email indicating a print sale. I asked them if they could send me the order number (which is 449150) and it doesn't even come up in my sales details. Not good! They purchased print from my pro site www.steadfastdesigns.com[/SIZE]
She even sent me the shipping confirmation so an order was defintiely submitted. What's going on? And how many other orders were made that I'm not aware of
And to make matters works for the last 30 days I have had a 25% off sale on all my prints site wide. So there could potentially be many more orders out there that I'm not aware of. Can somebody please look into this ASAP?
Thanks.

You have some items in that gallery priced at default pricing. You must insert $0 for items you don't want to sell. In the gallery that customer ordered from, you have Lustre priced at your pro pricing, but you have glossy and matte available at default.
So, to fix that, as we say on our pro pricing help page, you'll want to do two things: 1) set portfolio pricing on EVERY item and be sure you put in $0 for items you don't want to sell.
It's always good to log out and view your site as a customer does. Better yet? Use a 2nd browser, we love Firefox, it's totally free from www.mozilla.com - stay logged in on one browser, use the 2nd browser to see your site & galleries & pricing as a visitor/customer would see it.
You did not get an email because the items were sold at cost - we only report (in your control panel) and send email notice, when the items are pro-priced.
Does this help?

I'm added zeros in on the items i dont want to offer, again (like I said I did this already way back in the beginning) and everything looks like it did before. However I'm still seeing stuff show up under the merchandise tab even though all that stuff is zero'd out in my pricing area.
Why?
And one last question. Is there way to find out how may sales were made from my account over the last month? I'm trying to understand how much of an impact this was to my profits. I hope I didn't lose a ton of potential sales here. Becasue like I said, those zeros were there on those other items before I applied my 25% discount. If by lowering the price via your pricing tool wiped my zeros off my other items, I'm feeling kinda like I was snowed on that.

I'm sorry, there is not. We have no tracking for orders without pro profits on them. Ouch, I'm sorry you feel like we'd snow you

How competely bizzare. This one particular gallery is different from everything else on my site??? What the... I've never done any type of gallery pricing. Only portfolio. Something weird is going on. Well thanks for your reply.
