items included in shipping of order

I know this has been discussed, but can't find it. A client is asking about this.

1. Is there a way to include a gift card, like a Chrismas, Thank You, Happy B'day, etc., in the shipping of an ordered print?

2. Is there a way to include my personalized PR or Business card with a print order of my photographs made by someone else ?

Or maybe these are things being discussed at SM and EZprints.
