full sales report question

How can I find the total sales from my site? I know how to review the data for sales where I have markups but for those that I don't mark up I'd still like to know about the sale.

I have people come up to me or email saying thanks for the great picture but I had no idea they made a purchase. This was not reported to me since I didn't make any money on it. Still to promote my new buisness I'd like to thank everyone that makes a purchase whether I see any money from it or not.

How can I get this information. That is, total sales from my site?

thanks,
Greg

control panel, pros tab, pro sales. Click through, and you can filter by all/paid/not paid. You can also download a .csv file for your own spreadsheet or accounting app.

But the reports that Andy pointed out are only for those sales where you made a profit. I don't believe there is any way to track sales where you didn't have a mark-up.
I believe that if you put a markup of even 1 cent that you will then see the sales, could be wrong though. Andy?

Denise is correct, it only works when there is profit. Which is my problem. Without adding 1 cent is there another way? Now that I know this is an issue, at least in my opinion. It raises a security question. How am I sure smugmug is informing me of ALL sales?

If I were to mistakely leave off my profit on a certain size print I could generate sales that benefit smugmug but not myself. And since I don't see the sale at all I would never know about the problem.

I would love to see the email that say's, 'Who loves you baby! USERX because you just sold her a picture for cheap and made no money!'

Seriously I want a email that states I made a sale of no profit so I know the transaction occured. And I want a report that lists them all as well. Sounds like that isn't possible. How can I add that the the wishlist!

    Thanks,
    Greg

I'm so sorry I misread your first post :) Been a long week.

We do not report or email on any sales if they are not pro priced. We have a features request thread, you may add it :) It's sticky in the SmugMug support forum.
