replacing a photo in an order

I'm working on fulfilling an order tonight and there is just one photo where the replace button just refuses to work. I keep getting an all blank white screen whenever I try to do it. I've even done a different photo and come back to this one and get the white screen again. My order # is 450675 and I'm trying to replace picture 7. Any ideas? Just keep trying?
