Here are some photos from my brief stopover in Sharjah on the way to Syria

The Emirate of Sharjah is located about 10 kilometers from Dubai. Living here is a lot cheaper then living in Dubai, so many workers choose to commute leading to enormous traffic jams.

Boats on the Khalid lagoon. The goods they transport are loaded and unloaded here. Many of these ships travel to Iran, Pakistan and India

    Great shots of a very interesting locale. Those mosques are beautiful.
