I like the warmth of the first two - at first I didn't like the first one since the eyes are so dark.. but then it grew on me. The dark eyes match the expression. It's interesting how the light drops off so quickly on her hair near the top - were the lights angled up from below her a little bit instead of straight on?
I really like the last one. It's a hard light, but the shadow area of her face is lit enough that there's still good detail there and her eye left eye isn't lost. I also like how the buttons on her shirt have nice reflections in them that lead up to her face.

I mplaced the soft boxes at almost 75 degree angle to her face. I droped the light on the right side of the face by a couple of stops. I also did not light the black backdrop at all.
