I have a 17-85 in great shape up for sale. Comes with box and papers as well. As I was shooting pics of the lens earlier this week, I noticed a mark on the outer lens very near the edge by the Canon logo. It has no impacts on picture at all, and is a very fine mark on the lens. It would not clean off with the lens pen, so I assume it is a very fine scratch.
