I took this of my better half, but I cannot get the hand to look right and she has something on her teeth. How can I fix this?

There isn't much you can do about the hand. It's completely blown out.
I tried to "borrow" some skin from her neck and place it on her hand, but
the file is too small for that. It just made it look worse. I did a couple of things
none-the-less (even though the best thing you can do is reshoot, IMO).

First, I lightened the whole image up a bit with a curves layer. Then, I
whitened the teeth by first selecting them, then creating a hue/sat
adjustment layer and reducing the saturation of the yellows to -100.
I also added some lightening (also just to the yellows). I brightened her
eyes by painting with white on an empty layer in Overlay mode. Finally,
I applied sharpening to the eyes, lips and hair.
