From Begining to End

Whenever the GatlinGun & Me :huh go capturing, I always hope for the
Best . As I'm sure you all do!

You know, huntin, fishin, catchin, fightin, flyin etc. etc :wink


5 min in to my Walk and things are looking Hopeful



Then a PEREGRIN Comes flying into my viewfinder........too far....come closer..
please..........Ah Sh........t he's gone. But Dang sure was pretty even that far away, Sorry No Shot, YET! :cry


I did get some Splish Splash in "Nikon Blue"


Not much heavy huntin going on, but I managed this capture in Really Tough Light !!



Then Me and Mr KF played "Cat & Mouse" for about 45min. He had a great time Laughing at me, and I came away with No Shot, YET AGAIN!


I did get a proper demonstration of the use of "Ground Effects" :thumb


Towards the end, When the Light was getting right.
I imagined all the great animals which could help me produce a killer capture,
but Alas just this little birdie obliged


Somewhere on the way Home I realized that I'd gotten exactly what I had wished for ! :ivar

All terrific shots but I love the hummer too, one of my favorite subjects. Envy you guys on the coast who can shoot them year round. BTW, what in the world are you feeding them? Plump little dude ain't he?

I love that first hummer pic! To me that one is the keeper! Your Snowy though has a some great color and you exposed for the white plumage admirably!
