Combine two proof-delayed orders into one?

Is it possible? I know I've asked this question back before the awesome proof-delay feature was added. Now I've got a customer that ordered a bunch - then one more. I assume she found one more she wanted to get.
Any chance I can get her smaller orders shipping cost refunded, and combine her orders before I Ship It?

    I'll let it go on through as-is. I was hoping for a process that would be hidden from the customer, and happen magically. It would be a great feature to have to win brownie-points from customers.

    "Wow- Thank you so much! I knew I'd was resigned to paying the extra shipping, but this is great!" - or, something along those lines.
