Yes, the right word. Thanks!
I really enjoyed MotoGP at the Nuerburgring; what a party for the entire weekend, and almost as much fun watching the spectators as watching the races. Spa/Francorchamp in Belgium was also an awesome track, and the Salzburgring in Austria was the only place that regular people like me could access the pits and view from the inside of certain apexes. I would give anything for media access to those places.

The second shot. hmm. Nürburgring. Rain like monsoon. I`m standing at the end of start, called Castrol-S. And wow, one after the other car goes outside the track. Too fast for me and my cam. You see one of the results:D
Just another one:
And a wet job:
Thank goodnes! I`m not standing on this grandstand:D:D:D

I love the first one and the one with the 360 modena...ohh and the maclaren wich is half shown to the left...and...I LOVE THEM ALL!..i bet you have pretty fast glass and a good camera wich can stand some iso?. I mean..freasing F1 cars need fast glass i guess?..
Thanx for sharing..Im jealous
thank you for youre posting.
The half car on left is not a McLaren Mercedes. It is a Toro Rosso. Scott Speed was the Drvier.
I`m not a professional. It`s my hobby, a expensive hobby...:D
This pictures I´ve taken with a EOS 1D MKIII and the 400 5,6 L + 1,4TC.
For the Ferrari 360 modena i used the 1DMKIII and the Sigma 500 4,5.
In 90% i also used a monopod.
For dynamic shoots you dont need fast glases. You have to pull the Lens with youre target.
In this case with the car. So you will get moving wheels and a blurred background. This is alos possible with a Pentax K10D and a Tamron 70 - 300mm
I hope you understand what i mean - sorry for my english...
greetings

Any one notice the one tire not moving in the first picture, but the rest are??
yeah thats strange! haha
could be the tire is of the tarmac and breakes on? i watch a lot of Formula one racing and sometimes the wheels come up after a curve or in a tight corner, that would explain the braking as well..
oh well just an hypothesis..
yes i know what you mean but still...Thand for taking your time to answer me..Nurburgring has allways offerd great racing, no mather what class!.

Was the lighting that sweet, or did you do something clever in post?
Jamie
The lighting in that has to be PP.. But I really want to know how it was done.
All great shots......
