Snapped this pic back in summer thru the fence..Most of the shots were ruined by the fence but there were a few keepers..Stripped out most of the color as it was a bit distracting.

C&C always welcome.

Cheers

Dave

Great image and nice post processing. I see what Jeff is pointing out in the eye. That one eye looks like it has a cataract or something. If you could clear that up, it would make this great shot even better.

Thanks everyone. Like I said it was one of very few keepers as they were all shot thru the fence. I think you are seeing a small bit of blur from the fence on the left eye....

    Thanks again for the comments.

    I agree with Cookies.

With the eye corrected it's a treeee-mendous B&W. The splotches are actually distracting to me, but then, I don't get out much.

Thanks again, I never even noticed the eye..Thats why its always good to have other people critique your work.

I tried the photo all B&W and my personal taste is I like it with some color.

But to each his own. I am just glad I could save a few pics from this day.

Yes, typically, but I've seen pics of ones in zoos who's fur gets kind of a stained look to it, so I took a guess. It's fur looks a little long to be a regular African leopard, but I could be wrong. :D

15524779-Ti.gif It makes you look for what is not in the image, rather than the merits of the photo!

Great feedback from everyone...Much appreciated..The selective coloring is not for everyone..But it is one of things I like to do pending the photo.

    Thanks again.
