Adjust Crop for Pro order won't stick

I'm processing an order (#460856), for one 5" x 5" from each of four different images. On one file (filename B1DM34344), when I Adjust Crop and then Save Changes, the crop I've set isn't being saved and bounces back to the default -- which is not what I want. The custom crops I've set in the other three jpg files in the order are ok.

Perhaps someone has an idea? Thanks.

It's a dumb bug, we've fixed it internally, soon to be on the live site.

you have two options right now:

    1) adjust the crop a tiny bit in the other direction (don't just slide it).

    2) crop on your computer and replace photo

    Sorry for the hassle!

    I assume
Is this the cropping problem that if you crop an image and leave the crop anywhere on the edge of the photo, the crop will not "stick", BUT of you move the crop just a tad off the photos edge, the crop will hold?

Hopefully this is what yuo are saying will be fixed as it has been driving me crazy for a long time. I've ment to post about it, but just never got around to it until I just read this post.

We've actually fixed it internally, and I hope it gets released soon, really soon.

Really? I'm still seeing this issue... just came here to post about it, but searched first & found this thread.

I select "Adjust Crop" on my proof orders, drag the box, hit Save & end up with the thumbnail looking like the crop hasn't moved!

Sure Andy. Order #468840. Try adjusting the crops on the second item; the 4 wallets. I tried to move it to the right & it won't take.

I won't release that order until I hear back from you... I would like to get it out this afternoon though, so give me a heads up.

    Thanks!!!

Yep. So it works as long as you don't have the crop touch more than one edge? That'll be fine for now while you guys work out the bug. Thanks for your help as always!
