Deleted Albums can be retrieved again by doing a getInfo

Hi David,

This issue is similar to the one about 'restoring' deleted images i reported about earlier.

1. When i create an album on my site, it appears on my site. OK!
2. I do a 'getInfo' to check the result. Result is OK!
3. When i delete this album, it disappears from my site. OK!
4. I remembered the ID of the created and then deleted album. I do a 'getInfo' on this album-ID, and i get a valid result back. It is the same result i got back in point (2.)
5. However, although the API returns valid album information, the album does not re-appear on my web-site.
   This is unlike the 'restoring deleted images' issue, where a getInfo would also re-instate the image on my web-site.

Is this a known issue?

PS: I waited for over a minute to make sure that the delete is propagated through the smugmug system before i issued the getInfo.
