Excellent job; I really like the B&W conversion. Maybe I would clone out, or severely burn down the little logo on the hat -- it's a bit bright/distracting for me. And a tiny bit less contrast might let a little more detail sneak out of the shadows. I'm nitpicking though -- I do love the shot!

When I saw the title "Ashley" I thought, here come more kid shots. Now, I love kids, but I want to see more adults in pics on here, so I was delighted to find these

I think the first one is the best altho it is a little underexposed.
I also would crop it to give it more punch and get it to a standard size.

#2 is ok, decent conversion but odd aspect ratio.
#3 is unflattering to a pretty girl. The former tilt emphasizes her forehead too much.

I do prefer the cropped number one better! Thanks for that LittleLew!
As for number two, I noticed that the tag had been blown out, but i'm not really sure what to do to it... I'm not very fluent in photoshop, so any quick tutorials or suggestions would be great! As for the third; I do understand the comment about 'emphasizing' her forehead, I'm not sure how to "disguise" it, other than having a hood\hat, etc... I hadn't even noticed it at first, 'cause that's just how I see her everyday; and I still don't really mind it at all, personally I think it's a good picture of her (without a hood\hat\toque, etc.). Anyway she said the same thing, so maybe i'm blind lol. Thanks again.
