Pricing Ideas for Framing and matting?

I've got a client that would like for me to "take care of" matting and framing some prints that she intends to order. Today I am only concerned with prints ordered through Smugmug and standard size frames and pre-cut mats from someone like Light Impressions.

This is a contract assignment for whichi I have already been paid a site fee and alteration fees. Any suggestion what I should charge for this extra work?

Wouldn't it be nice for Smugmug to provide some basic framing and matting options?
