    Nr. 4 is the best!

Nr. 1 - 3 : Good action but youre point of vew is too high I think.

ISO 400? There must be a good light in the hall.

    Thanks hanseat,

My point of view was too high, but while I was setting the strobe up on the railing, some clown closed the self locking door back into the gym.

So, either shoot from the upper floor for the first half, or just don't shoot. eek7.gif

ISO 400 --- Yep, it's easy with stated White Lightning 1200 strobe thumb.gif

Is this to use like a studiolight?

Yes, most photogs use a strobe in a studio, but there are lots of other uses for them in the field to. I use mine at rodeos a lot.
