Credit Card Terminals

Do any of you use a program to allow you to enter customer credit cards? If so, which ones? I know that PayPal offers a credit card terminal program for which they charge $30/mth.

Personally, I would only use the terminal for certain events, several times a year - so I'm not so interested in a monthly fee. I'd prefer to pay on a pay-per-use basis...or even FREE!

Does anyone know of such an animal?

Hi Gary, I use Propay (www.propay.com) not free...but they offer a great service.
When I set-up at festivals & shows, I use one of those knuckle-buster credit card machines to run the charges then process online when I get home...or you can phone-in the c.c. approval on your cell.

Thanks for sharing this! I'll need to get setup for team pictures next summer (if not sooner depending on what comes along) so this looks like a good option.

Any suggestions from others?
