Appreciation to the Smugmug Staff & Pros

I've noticed recently that there has been several posts in which an individual requested help with a particular technical issue, technique, or equipment question. Even though the staff and pros at Smugmug have provided immediate responses to often times vague problem descriptions, the original poster replies with hostility as if they either did not like the response or they felt that the response was somehow placing blame on them for creating the issue in the first place. I'm pretty sure that most of the people around here know that this is the minority of cases but it also helps to hear that you are making a positive impact on the community. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated by all of us that have had nothing less than a great experience at dgrin. It is nice knowing that there still are companies out there that go beyond the day-to-day business to offer a truly special experience for their clients. Thank you for making this small piece of the virtual world such a nice place to visit!

They helped a big, big, big (did I say big?) bunch when I was getting my little piece of the web going.
