Greetings!

Ok... This was probably my fault.. (again)

On order #394258, I had contacted the customer that he had the crop way too close and I advised him that it would be a better choice to not crop or get a 9 x 12. He told me he would be fine with it the way it was and allowed it to ship as I "thought" I had the crop adjusted ok. Possibly I goofed and didn't do the workaround to adjust the crop and have it "stick". I honestly can't remember, but in looking at the order.. <SIGH>not a good crop.

I know it has been quite awhile, but he had contacted me about a few other photos and I was curious about the quality of the prints he had gotten and happened to mention this order. He said the print was awesome except the car was chopped off a bit. He had even ordered another photo and didn't say anything as he had chaulked it up to lessons learned.

I told him I didn't want him to live with that at all and do whatever I could to get him a reprint.

:bow So I was hoping to get a reprint and instead of an 8 x 10, possibly just send him a 9 x 12 and cover the difference out of my pocket.

I know... I shouldn't offer 8 x 10's with quite a few of my shots are pretty tight, but some folks plead with me to keep them included as they like to match other photo sizes they have already.

So a thousand pardons, but can we work something out?

purty please!?! :wink

Santa, I've been vury vury good this year!! :D {mostly}

Thanks!

    See my reply to your email to our help desk. We would love to reprint this for you free of charge. As I've all ready explained, an 8x12 would be a perfect match as the 9x12 has the same aspect ratio as an 8x10.
