I was just contacted by one of my customers. She had ordered a 16x20 canvas print of a portrait that I had to do an extensive retouch on. On screen, the photo looked perfect but when the print arrived, the gentleman's hair and an area just below his neck were very green. This is probably my fault since I was concentrating on getting the skin tones correct and failed to take color readings from the hair. I need to get them a correction asap.
The PID on the invoice was 463443.
Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks!
