This was Lake Ontario early one morning. I couldn't believe how flat the water was!

Here is a teaser from an upcoming post or two......I was fortunate enough to have been told about this friendly, species confused Hooded Merganser. He thinks he is a Mallard Duck. He displays and tries to put the moves on the Mallard ladies. He hangs out with the Mallards and will come quite close to you. I was ecstatic to say the least! Here he is displaying for the ladies. Thanks Mr. Harv!

Not to be shown up, this Mallard Drake puts on a show for the ladies as well.

This is a friendly Redtail Hawk that I was lucky enough to stumble upon last year. I just reprocessed this shot.
