Smugglr help

I am attempting to use smugglr to move my pictures from flickr to smugmug. I have tried various permutations of doing this, and smugglr just keeps getting hung. i have tried doing all the pictures at once (gets stuck after 100 pics), doing each set individually (doesnt transfer any pictures). I use firefox 2.0 on a macbook.
