Behind the Scenes?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot but I would be very interested to see the behind the scenes process of when the order has been received on Smugmug side to when it goes to the printer and the entire process at their site.

I just think it would be neat to see how it works on the other side of this site...maybe some videos or something....just a thought

That was pretty neat. I would be interested in seeing more of the process on the lab side as well. I have never had the opportunity to see how the lab process is done....just curious
