Unfortunately, The Busch race didnt turn out so good for my guy.....This is what I saw....

It wasnt pretty....luckily he did much better the next day in the cup car.....but i wasnt there....oh well....

Actually, looking at your site, you look like you know your way around pit road, you have some nice shots there!
One spot at Pocono that I really like shooting from is the entrance of pit road, down at the very end. I'll spend a couple of hours there during Friday's ARCA and Cup practice, it's a good spot to get some close ups of the cars as they enter the pits, as well as some panning shots as they come down the front straight (like the Kasey Kahne shot in my earlier post).
That spot also lets you get some shots as they come off turn 3 (remember, it's a triangle, no turn 4!)
From ARCA practice, June 2006:
If you don't have access into the garage area, you can still get some shots of some of the crews at work through the fence in the paddock area (you need to buy a pit pass to get into this area as well as onto pit road)
Also on pit road, before qualifying:
And in case my friend shows up, you may see me working rather than shooting (I'm the guy steering the car)
