These are both from B.C.
This was a huge crowbar left after, apparently, someone tried to fix a big leak on Grandview Island. I think they went for reinforcements, because the crow bar was left leaning, the leak was still leaking, and no one was around.
This is a war memorial (to the nurses, I believe), downtown, that had a mess load of people taking pictures of it, so I moved to the side and tried to get an angle against the grey skies of Vancouver (common), clipping the far building, that the others weren't.

Thanks for sharing a glimpse into Vancouver! I have not been there, would love to visit someday. I'm sure the b/w you did here is an extention of the weather, if I'm hearing it correctly.
Interesting crowbar. I think in Baltimore it would have been picked up by someone already
