Quite obviously decay but I think the scene could have a bigger impact by stepping closer and isolating part of the machine, or maybe even b/w?

Thank you both so much for taking time to judge and critique.

Angelo, thank you for my one point! It made my day to even score in this round. I learn more every round, I love every challenge.

Powerful message! I can practically smell it from here, yikes

Thanks Schmoo, much appreciated !! If only it had been powerful enough to get me into the SF..lol I thought it was a good representation of decay, a very "slow" decay, not always visible to the human eye...but hey Cie La Vie...Glad you liked it!!:D

Oh, clarification for those that may have thought I was "hitting" on the smokers...Trust Me, I am a big offender of "Slow Death"...one of the few vices I have.
You're only as good as your next photo....

A good way of illustrating "growth," however without the title I would not have understood the story the shot tells. I didn't see the hand over the boy's head until just now!

Thanks for the feedback. I did those shots at the last minute for the contest and it was a little hard to get her to hold still any longer so I went with what I had.
