Photoshop Elements 6 upload

Hi

I have PSE 6 (Photoshop Elements 6) for windows and in my version there is no directly upload to smugmug from PSE 6 organizer (share). Is there something i should download or activate in PSE 6? and are others having the same problem.

On adobes webside it's announced like this:

I found the problem.
In organizer choose Edit, Preferences, Adobe Partner Services and on the right side, Location and Choose... Country: United States & Canada.

In PSE 6 organizer go to share: Share and more options: Send to Smugmug gallery.

Why its only shown when using location United States & Canada must be a question to Adobe.
