The boys
The look a bit evil but they are actually very intelligent & some rescue people keep them as pets. They are quite friendly.
Hi Gus, these are great.
There are thousands of these in the Park at the end of town.
However they insist on hanging in the highest dang trees,
and even with the 400mm you can't get a decent close-up of them
The trees are way too tall.

Great shots Gus.. Very interesting critters, reminds me of "Lost Boys" vampire movie. The B/W shots show them as rather errie, the color shots and close-ups are great. Congrats..
Great captures, Gus! What lens were you using to reach them? I've only seen them at the zoo (new Australian exhibit at our aquarium) but they do hang so high up.

wow Gus, thats awesome!! Well done! Ive always been sort of afraid and yet amazed by them, ive never seen close up photos of them. you captured them beautifully
