Man its not an easy shot to get believe me...particularly adjusting things to get some motion blur when you are right handed & so is the throttle !

I only saw one dead 'roo on the road. I dont mind the dead ones in the day time but its at night that you need powerfull lights not only to avoid the live ones but the dead ones also.

Went & visited my grand parents & cousin.

Man these places can leave you with a lump in your throat & a bad headache. I dont know why i get it but i just get them.

    Some graves are well maintained

Whilst others leave you wondering if there is anyone left to care. My problem is that i simply cant walk past someones grave & not fix this or brush away that. This becomes a problem when there are 10's of thousands of graves. I dont know if i should be doing this but i get no complaints.

Awwwwwww ya big softy Gus :D
You have a conscious, unlike many others who steal from grave sites,
and yes even from those of children, how pitiful these type of people are.

Follow your heart Gus, it's in the right place thumb.gif

A walk through a graveyard, helps put some things in life back into perspective, so many hardly had a chance at life before they were called home.

Thanks for sharing your trip Gus ..... Skippy :D

Gus what on earth are you using to get such great shots with great light balance?? eek7.gif

I've heard so much about these mythical 'roos but don't think I've seen one since some sad-looking cold ones in the Leipzig zoo a couple of years ago.

I love your take on things, no matter what you're shooting. thumb.gif

I spend an increasing amount of time in cemeteries too.
The most depressing thing I saw was this:

She stuck with me so I went back to the same cemetery and read her name. She is Lea and she was a little less than 2 when she died.

    However, I found this amusing:

Thanks for sharing your cemetery work!
