Big Island, HI

Aloha everyone. I'm an amateur, though I've managed to come up with some nice shots here and there (um, I think...). I just posted a gallery of photos from a weekend trip over to the Big Island of Hawaii on my website: www.mikeseyes.com. I certainly don't consider these to be my best work. I'm new to posting on DGrin and would like to get some feedback on some of these photos. I'm almost completely self-taught and looking to improve both my photography skills in addition to my digital workflow, which is largely a hit and miss CS2 crapshoot!

I'm finding that some of my finished photos tend to look a little too dark on my screen here at school, specifically the ones of the wooden posts at the base of Mauna Kea.

Anyway, if there's a better place or protocol for getting feedback on photos here, please let me know. Feedback welcome.

Many thanks,
Michael Borger
